Q:  Do I need to install any software to view a webcast?

                A: No. After you register for an event, you will receive a confirmation 
               email with instructions to join the webcast.  Follow those instructions.
 
 
Q:  I would like to suggest a speaker topic.  Who can I talk to?
A:  You can either contact your local Black & Veatch representative, or click on the Contact Information link on the left sidebar.
 
Q:  I would like to receive CEUs for attending the webcast.  Are they available?
A:  Because the content delivered in the webcast series is appropriate for Managers, Operators, Regulators, and many others, the requirements for continuing education may be different for different individuals.  For that reason, Black & Veatch can provide a certificate indicating two hours of continuing education for each webcast.  It is the participants responsibility to determine additional requirements for receiving credit with their licencing agency.
